MCA Institute ("we," "us," or "our") provides operations consulting to merchant cash advance businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through mcainstitute.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you book a call. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, email address and the time you choose, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.

When you fill out our intake form. After booking, we ask for your name, email, company, role, the stage of your business and two short written answers about what you need. Please do not include bank account details, Social Security numbers or merchant data in the form.

When you email us. We receive whatever you choose to send.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use IP addresses to limit abuse of the intake form. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to prepare for and hold your call, to decide whether we are a good fit to work together, to respond to your messages and to deliver any services you engage us for. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

3. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of providers, each with its own privacy policy:

Netlify (website hosting and form processing), Google Workspace (email, plus the Google Sheet where intake answers are stored), Cal.com (scheduling, with Google Calendar and Google Meet for the meeting itself) and Google Fonts (the typefaces on this site).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, to the extent they need it to do their job, or when the law requires it.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We keep intake answers and correspondence for as long as they are useful for evaluating or delivering our services, and as long as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@mcainstitute.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
