These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mcainstitute.com, including booking a call and submitting our intake form. MCA Institute ("we," "us," or "our") provides operations consulting to merchant cash advance businesses. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Consulting Engagements

Paid work, including Diagnostic sessions, Build engagements and Fractional COO services, is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and using this site for business purposes.

3. Intro Calls

Intro calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. We may reschedule or decline a booking, and either party may decide after the call not to work together.

4. Information You Submit

You agree that information you submit through this site is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit bank account details, Social Security numbers, merchant data or other sensitive information through the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.

5. Not Legal, Financial or Regulatory Advice

Content on this site and anything discussed on an intro call is general information about running an MCA business. It is not legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. Consult a qualified attorney or accountant for questions about your specific legal or compliance obligations.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue or result from using this site or our services.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, design and logos, belongs to MCA Institute. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Ownership of materials created during a paid engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCA Institute and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCA Institute and its owners from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your violation of these Terms.
